The new year means new opportunities to make resolutions and presents new opportunities for us all to make our lives better. This can look different to a lot of people, but a new resolution must first begin with the desire to change. Perhaps one of your resolutions this year is to eat better, or make more meals for your family. Cooking with those around you is a great way to bond and also take into consideration the food you are prepping. This gives you an opportunity to reflect on the health benefits of whatever it is that you are preparing. Consider these two recipes and maybe take the prepped meal outside for an outdoor meal gathering!
